Account Deletion Instructions

We understand that your privacy matters. If you wish to delete your account with Moment for Parents, you can either delete your account in the Moment for Parents mobile application or send our team a deletion request via email.

1. In-App Deletion

Open the Moment for Parents mobile application
Navigate to Account > Profile Settings
Click on the Delete Account button

2. Email Request

Send an account deletion request to team@momentforparents.com from the email address associated with your account

Account Information

When you choose to delete your account, the following information will be permanently deleted:

Your account information
Information you have provided about your family
Data related to your app usage and content engagement history
